Frequently asked questions
Can I import items from Excel?
You can now upload an Excel file that lists the available box sizes. Use the Upload catalog button above and select a workbook with a sheet named Boxes.
Each row should include the following columns:
- Name – Friendly box identifier (e.g., Small Flat Rate)
- Length – Interior length in inches
- Width – Interior width in inches
- Height – Interior height in inches
- MaxWeight – Optional maximum supported weight
Save the file as .xlsx or .xls, then upload it to refresh the planner with your custom box catalog.
Does this work offline?
The planner needs connectivity to reach the packing API endpoint. Cached results remain visible even if you step away.
